My wife and I worked with Rocco for close to 5 months trying to find a home in the insane Denver market. This was our first home and he walked us through the whole process as we were learning what to look for, what we liked, and what we didn't like. Being first time home buyers the experience was at time stressful, making sure we wrote competitive offers, staying within our budget, making sure the house was not going to be a money pit. He keeps a great team around him and in the end he did what he had to do to get us in escrow and close the deal. We ended up purchasing a home that quite frankly, we did not think we had a chance and we are so grateful for it!
When my wife (then fiancé) and I were looking to buy a house we worked with Rocco and Jami from JROC Properties. Rocco picked up on my determination to buy a home and worked to show me many places. When a good apparent opportunity came up, I was glad to have a buyers agent so experienced with personally fixing things to talk with.More importantly, when it came time to make offers, Rocco was able to help me place my best offers first. Later, Rocco was able obtain the full ask of sellers concessions without relying on any laundry list of petty cosmetic issues or anything complicated. There were some risks identified along the way via inspection, but in light of this Rocco did not pressure me in any direction when discussing options.Rocco is straightforward with his clients. He is forthright nearly to the point of being blunt, which suits my personality, but may not be a ideal fit for some. Rocco is eager to take on clients and get them to where they want to go, and is willing to drive considerable distances or try showing a spot that was not scheduled, this can occasionally manifest as delay at some showings or in responding to texts. Please note this time flexibility goes both ways; Rocco is often a bit late because he went a mile extra for the last client, and he will do the same for his next client.However, more important than punctuality is actually following through. Rocco and his wider team are good at this. The market is difficult, and Rocco is a closer.When I decided to make a move and had Rocco be my buyers agent, I was able to go from bids to moving boxes in three weeks, all while having a clear picture of the situation I was entering into, and having everything meet my expectations.
Rocco Montana and JROC... ROCKS!! We just closed on our home, which involved an immense amount of time, energy, and expertise by Rocco. He showed us every home we were interested in, which was a total of 20+ homes throughout Colorado. His only goal was to see that we found exactly what we dreamed of. Goal accomplished! There's ALOT involved with Real Estate, not just finding the right home. Rocco and his team proved to be very adept at knowing all aspects involved from home selection to scrutinizing the details of the homes' pitfalls, it's potential, to negotiations, and finalizing the deal. Rocco is a very responsive and supportive realtor. He was able to make himself available in a market (during the early part of 2022) which required a quick response time due to the market dynamics. Rocco also has a strong operational staff that was easy to work with and kept everything on schedule as we processed through two transactions (one was selling our house, the other was purchasing a new property).
As a home inspector I see and meet a lot of Realtors and Rocco Montana has been one of my favorite. Rocco was great to work with! As a first time home buyer, I started the home buying process with different realtors but never got very far. Rocco took the white glove approach to home selling and took away the confusion and fear many first time home buyers have. He was very open and honest from the first viewing to closing. Having started the process with 3 other realtors it is obvious he is a cut above. I would recommend him to anyone buying a home.
